Step 6: Define Delivery Parameters

Email marketing succeeds only on long term planning and consistency. A one – off email makes no impact. Also too frequent or too far periodicity is also of no use. It takes about 8 – 10 emails sent in the same frequency to register in the minds of the recipient

Some Tips

  • Look at your content. Can the content be sent in parts? Can you make different content on the same topic? Can you build a series?
  • Do you have enough content to send at least 8 emails, one every week?
  • Surprisingly, the golden time for email is late noon. That is when most emails are read.
