Ask these questions: Does my list have a first name, last name, town/ city, specialty, email id? Does it have attributes like core/ occasional/ non – prescriber, high potential/ low potential, etc.?

Typical Answers could be

• My list has full names, addresses without separate town/ city, same specialty written in multiple ways (CP/ Cons Phy/ Consultant Phy, Gyne/ Gynaec/ Gynec). This needs to be changed and made uniform.
• I also need to check with the field about the potential category and prescriber category
